Debate: Coworking spaces vs coffee shops for real focus work
I swear my focus split right down the middle after 4 months of bouncing between coworking spaces and coffee shops. At first, coffee shops were my jam. Cheap, fast wifi, easy to grab a latte while I code. But around month 3, I noticed I was only getting about 2 hours of real work before noise or thirst killed my flow. So I dropped $150 on a coworking desk in Chiang Mai. First week, I was cranking out 6 hour deep sessions. The quiet zones and dedicated desk were amazing. But by month 6, I started missing the buzz. No random chats or people watching to break up the day. Now I split my week 3 days coffee shops, 2 days coworking. Anyone else find a mix that works better?
