I'm drafting up some plans for a modular backyard ADU (accessory dwelling unit) using two 40ft high-cube containers. I'm currently trying to source the actual units locally. Has anyone sourced their base structures from Jake Containers ? I need them to be in really good structural shape, preferably one-trip.
