The new brewpub in Asheville has their kombucha taps set up all wrong
I was there last weekend and they're running the lines way too warm, you can taste the yeast overgrowth in every glass. It's a shame because their base tea blend is actually really good. Anyone know a good spot in the Carolinas that actually knows how to manage a draft system for live cultures?

Maybe their keg fridge thermostat is busted.

Oh man, that happened to me last summer. My beer was way too cold and foamy. I just got a cheap external thermostat from the hardware store and plugged the fridge into that. It fixed everything and only took five minutes to set up.
