When the beach hut Wi-Fi cut out, here's what I did

I was in Bali and the Wi-Fi at my beach hut kept cutting out right in the middle of calls (super frustrating, right?). I got a local SIM card with a data plan that was really cheap. Now I use my phone as a hotspot for backup, and it's stopped me from missing work deadlines.

That "super frustrating" moment you described is weirdly common now, like we all just accept having one flaky internet source. Your local SIM fix shows how we're all becoming our own little IT departments out of pure necessity. It's less about tech smarts and more about just getting tired of things not working.

Wow, I used to get so mad when my wifi dropped. I'd just complain and wait for it to come back. Now? Ngl, I automatically restart the router every single morning before coffee. I even keep an old SIM card in a drawer just in case. Tbh, you're right, it's not that I know what I'm doing, I'm just tired of sitting there helpless.
