Picked a co-working space in Chiang Mai over a quiet cafe... bad idea

I chose a cheap co-working spot for $150 a month instead of my usual cafe, and the wifi dropped 4 times during a client call last Tuesday... Has anyone else regretted skipping the cafe life for a 'proper' office?

Ha! Oh man, I feel this. My "cheap" spot had a power outage three times in one week.

I read somewhere that like 60% of people who switch to budget coworking spots end up going back to cafes within a month because of reliability issues like this. @taylor_moore your power outage story is brutal lol, at least my wifi only crapped out on me. I think these places cut corners on stuff you actually need, like stable internet or backup generators. My buddy in Bali had a similar thing happen where his cheap spot had no AC during a heatwave, total nightmare. Might just stick with my regular cafe and pay for the damn iced latte.
