Cooking in a hostel kitchen used to stress me out until I found a single trick that saved me
I started pre-chopping everything at my desk and storing it in my toiletry bag so when I hit the stove at 7 PM I'm done in 15 minutes flat, has anyone else figured out a workaround for those tiny knives?

Not that serious" is totally fair, but a guy burned quinoa last week at my place.
