Appreciation post: the day I stopped overpacking for coworking trips
I used to bring my full desktop setup to every new city until I realized in Chiang Mai last month that a tablet and a portable keyboard did everything I needed for half the weight. Has anyone else had that moment where you ditch the heavy gear and feel way more free?

Oh man, I had basically the exact same moment in Bali two years ago lol. I was hauling this massive backpack with two laptops and a bunch of cables and I just sat down, looked at it, and felt so dumb. Now I travel with just a tablet and a foldable keyboard and honestly it's so much better. The freedom is real once you stop trying to bring your whole office with you.

Nah, I'd rather haul an extra laptop than be stuck with a tablet when I need to do real work lol.
