TIL you can set custom keyboard shortcuts for any tool in Figma
I was watching a stream from a designer in Austin and she mentioned she never clicks the text tool. She said 'I just press T, it's muscle memory now.' I looked it up and you can actually change all the shortcuts in Figma's settings. I set my rectangle tool to R and my pen tool to P, which saved me a bunch of time on a project yesterday. Has anyone else made their own custom set of shortcuts, or do you stick with the defaults?

Used to think default shortcuts were fine and custom ones were just extra work. But after setting text to T and rectangle to R, everything feels way faster now. Might tweak a few more once I get fully used to these.
