Spent two hours trying to match a color swatch before realizing my screen was in night mode.

I was tweaking a client logo in Figma and could not figure out why the hex code kept looking off until I turned off the blue light filter and it matched perfectly in under a minute, has anyone else had a display setting mess with their design work like that?

Did you check if your OS has separate color management profiles for different apps? Because I spent a frustrating hour last week wondering why my photos looked super warm in Photoshop but normal on the desktop, and it turned out my graphics card software was overriding the system settings for only some programs. It felt like I was going crazy until I found that buried in the advanced display settings.

Nah, I actually think display settings help catch stuff you'd miss otherwise. Working in standard mode all the time just makes everything look the same, you know? A little night mode or warm tint forces you to check contrast and readability in a different way.
