Can we talk about the hidden grid shortcut in Figma that nobody mentions?

I spent 6 months manually drawing grids until a coworker showed me you can press Ctrl+Shift+4 to toggle layout grids instantly. It saved me at least 2 hours on my last website mockup. Has anyone else found other hidden keyboard tricks that changed their workflow?

Oh Ive actually seen people mention that shortcut before but its Ctrl+Shift+4 for layout grids on Windows and Cmd+Shift+4 on Mac not sure if that was a typo or just different defaults.

@stellag21 "not sure if that was a typo or just different defaults" - that part got me thinking, you ever actually tested both on the same machine? I tried ctrl+shift+4 on my windows setup and it pulled up grid options, but then another layout tool had a different combo completely. Makes me wonder if different software versions are the real source of all these shortcut mixups.

A buddy of mine tried that Ctrl+Shift+4 combo on his Windows laptop just last week. He said it opened up some grid overlay but he had to click through three menus to find the actual settings for it. Then he tried the same shortcut on his work computer with an older version of the software and nothing happened at all. Seems like the version differences are definitely causing these mixups.
