Serious question, should I scrap my whole Behance portfolio after last week's feedback session?

Last week in a Denver critique group, three senior designers told me my case studies have way too much text and zero personality, now I'm stressing if I should just start fresh or try to salvage 2 years of work, has anyone else totally rebuilt their page after brutal feedback?

Zero personality is gold" - yeah but is a portfolio really that deep?

That "zero personality" feedback is gold, don't scrap it just add your voice to what's already there.

When I got feedback like that a few years ago, I went back and rewrote every case study to sound like I was talking to a friend over coffee instead of trying to impress some mysterious panel. I cut out all the design jargon and added little stories about why I made certain choices, like mentioning how I stumbled onto a color palette after seeing a rusted sign on a road trip. My portfolio went from feeling like a textbook to actually having some life in it, and clients started commenting on the personal touches. Just take a weekend to rewrite your case studies in your own voice, keep the best work, and toss anything that doesn't feel like you anymore.
