Update: my business cards came back with a 1/8 inch white border and I fixed it with one tweak
Picked up 500 cards from the shop on 5th and they all had this ugly white edge because I set the bleed wrong in my file. I went back and moved everything 3mm past the crop line, and the reprint came out perfect, but has anyone else messed this up on their first real job?

3mm sounds tiny until you see 500 cards mocking you.
