My cafe napkin sketch turned into a handy printed guide for hiking trails

I was at a cafe in Colorado and drew a rough map of local trails on a napkin. When I got back, I scanned it and fixed it up on my computer to print a neat copy for my friends. How do you turn your travel doodles into stuff you can print?

Scanned a coaster from a bar once, turned the logo into a cool sticker for my laptop.

Nice. I did something like that with wrinkled bar receipts from a road trip, scanned them and cleaned up the drink stains in a free editor. After seeing what lilyt90 did with coasters it got me trying more stuff. My latest was tracing over a doodle from a diner placemat to make a clean line drawing, then printing a bunch as postcards at the library. The cheap printer paper actually gave it a cool look.

Oh man, that postcard idea is genius. Lilyt90's coaster hack really did start a whole crafty rabbit hole, didn't it?
