Just realized I've printed over 10,000 business cards for my own shop since 2015
It hit me when I ordered my latest batch and saw the invoice total. Makes you think about all the old designs and paper stocks that have come and gone, you know? What's the one piece you've printed the most of over the years?

That's a crazy number of cards. Makes sense though, they get handed out like candy. @tyler506's friend with the menus is the same deal, always needing new prints. Funny how the most basic print jobs tell the real story of a business.

Honestly my buddy who runs a food truck has this same thing with menus. He told me he's probably printed like 15,000 single-page menus since he started. Every time the price of fries goes up by 25 cents, bam, new menus. He showed me a stack of old ones once, all different fonts and weird pictures of burgers from like 2012. Tbh it was a weird little history of his whole business right there.

Honestly that's a wild number of cards to think about. Tbh I get what @tyler506 is saying about menus, but a food truck probably goes through way more paper than a shop with business cards. Menus get left on tables or thrown out after one use, while a card might stay in someone's wallet for years. It's funny how the most basic printed stuff really piles up over time.
