Shoutout to the cheap shampoo I always talked down on
I finally tried that dollar store brand a customer swore by last Tuesday and my own thin hair has never looked this bouncy, so who else has found a product they mocked for years that actually works?

Saw a blog post the other day about how the expensive stuff is mostly paying for fancy bottles and marketing, not actual hair magic. That dollar store brand probably cuts corners on things like fancy scents but uses the same basic cleaning ingredients. Remember reading that sulfate free shampoos are actually bad for some hair types too, strips too much natural oil. My sister swore by a cheap conditioner for years and I finally tried it last month, total game changer for frizz. Funny how we get brainwashed into thinking higher price equals better results. That customer of yours might have saved you hundreds of dollars honestly.

That reminds me of when my aunt used to swear by this expensive salon brand for years, wouldn't touch anything else. Then she ran out one day and borrowed my grandma's grocery store shampoo, said it made her hair feel way softer and less tangly. She was almost mad about it, like how dare the cheap stuff work better after all that money she spent. Makes you wonder how many of us are just paying for a pretty bottle and a celebrity endorsement.
