Refused a perm because the client showed up with a photo of a poodle
A lady walked in Tuesday with a picture of her toy poodle's curly coat and asked me to replicate it exactly, and when I explained her hair texture wouldn't hold that tight of a curl she got offended and said 'well, can you at least try?' so I spent 20 minutes showing her a strand test under the microscope before she finally agreed to a loose wave instead, has anyone else had a client bring in an animal reference?

The poodle curl thing is wild but honestly I'm stuck on the microscope part, you really pulled that out mid appointment?
