Rant: burn salve from a sketchy online shop melted during a waxing service and ruined my whole setup.

It cost me $35 for that 'professional' burn salve, but after it liquefied and stained everything during a Friday rush, I had to toss my whole station and redo $200 worth of supplies, has anyone else had a product fail like that on a busy day?

That stuff is designed to sit on a shelf at room temp, not survive a heat lamp and a steamer going full blast next to your station. You paid 35 bucks for something that clearly warned "store below 85 degrees" in fine print, and now you're shocked it turned into a puddle when you left it next to a hot towel cabinet? That's on you for not checking the product specs before the rush hit.
