Just read that 1 in 3 cosmetologists reports hand pain by year 5
Saw it in a trade journal article last night and it made me rethink my whole grip technique. Any of you guys deal with wrist issues from cutting all day?

The grip thing matters but honestly the stat is about all the repetitive motions, not just how you hold shears. Combing, sectioning, blow drying, those all add up way faster than people realize. Adjusting your grip helps some, but taking real breaks and stretching is the bigger fix.

Honestly I used to brush off posts about wrist pain but seeing that stat actually hit me different. Definitely made me pay way more attention to how I hold my shears now.
