I used to think all clients needed a full consultation sheet, but now I skip it for regulars.

I found the forms just made some of my long term clients feel like I didn't remember them, even though I do. For example, my client Sarah who comes every 8 weeks for her root color just wants to chat, not fill out the same paper. Has anyone else moved to a more relaxed approach for repeats?

Honestly, I just keep a quick note on my phone for their usual stuff instead. It feels way more personal and they really seem to like that.

My friend who does nails had a client get upset over the same form thing last month. She felt like just another number even though she's been going for years. Now my friend just asks if anything's changed since last time and it's way better.
