I just counted 300 color corrections in my book from this year alone

That number hit me when I was closing out my schedule for the week. I knew I was doing a lot of them, but seeing it written down was a shock. Part of me feels proud because it means people trust me with big fixes, but another part is worried I'm becoming the 'fix-it' shop instead of getting fresh color clients. It's a steady income, for sure, but I wonder if it's limiting my creative work. Has anyone else felt stuck in a specific service groove even when it's busy?

That's 300 projects where you solved a problem, not just 300 corrections... it's a different skill.

Isn't that what @wadeyoung calls real problem-solving skill?
