Hit 100 regular clients last month, never expected that number

Started doing hair from my kitchen in Cleveland three years ago, mostly friends of friends. Last month I counted my booking app and realized I had 100 people who come back at least every 8 weeks. That's about 40 hours of chairs time just for repeats, not counting new folks walking in. I remember thinking 50 would be a good ceiling, but word of mouth from bridesmaids and their moms really stacked up. It's made me rethink how I price my balayage and gloss services since demand keeps climbing. Anyone else hit a client count that forced them to raise rates or hire help?

Used to think raising prices was greedy, but you're right about burning out.

That's the point where you gotta raise prices or you'll burn out.
