Chose warm blonde over cool blonde on a client last Friday and she was not happy
She showed me a photo in my chair at 2pm and I talked myself into cool because of her skin tone, but under my salon lights it looked great and in the parking lot it went straight up gray. She called me Saturday morning and I had to redo 4 hours of foils for free. Anyone else stopped trusting their own overhead lights for tone calls?
