My roof vent placement took 3 tries and 11 extra days
I planned my container gut renovation for 6 months in Mesa, AZ and still put the roof vent right under a ridge seam. First rainstorm in August leaked straight onto my sleeping loft. I moved it once, leaked again at the weld line, then finally paid a roofer 300 bucks to cut a proper curb and flash it right. Anyone else had vent placement headaches that looked simple on paper?
