I framed my 20ft build with a Sawzall over a plasma cutter and I'm never going back
When I cut the door and window openings in my first 40ft high cube, I spent two weekends with a plasma torch fighting warped edges and grinding for an extra day to get things square. Last month on a second build in my backyard I used a $30 diablo metal blade in a Sawzall and had all four openings done in an afternoon with way cleaner cuts. Is the plasma worth keeping around for anything besides thick plate, or should I just sell it?
