Why does nobody talk about color palettes breaking when you print them?

I made this nice teal and coral palette for a cafe menu last week, looked great on screen. Printed 500 copies at the shop and the teal came out this weird gray-green, totally wrong. Had to redo the whole thing with different colors that would print right. Has anyone else had a print job ruin their colors like that?

Actually that's on you for not doing a test print. Professional work requires checking how ink hits paper, not just trusting a screen.

Our shop wasted a whole cartridge on a blue that looked nothing like the proof.
