Hit exactly 15 different blue swatches before my client said the first one was perfect

Do you guys rely on your gut and stop early, or do you keep exploring because that 14th shade might be the one that makes everything click?

Always grab that 15th swatch just to be safe even when the first feels right.

Yeah no joke. I learned that one the hard way. Picked a color that looked perfect on the tiny square and it turned my whole living room into a weird purple cave. Grabbing a few extra swatches costs nothing compared to repainting a whole room. Tape them up on the wall and live with them for a day. Different lighting changes everything.
