Watched a barista in Lisbon pull 3 shots and dump all of them before mine
I was at a tiny shop called Fabrica in Lisbon a couple years back and the guy behind the bar pulled three shots, looked at each one, and poured all three down the sink before pulling mine. Nobody in line said a word. It made me wonder how many shots at my usual spots actually get dumped that I never see. Does anyone here know if that kind of dialing in happens all day or mostly in the morning?
