Stopped at a gas station in Flagstaff that had a surprisingly good coffee setup

I was driving through Arizona last week and pulled into a random station off I-40. They had a whole corner with a proper La Marzocco machine and a guy who actually knew how to pull a shot. The espresso was better than half the cafes in my town. Has anyone else found a hidden gem like this on a road trip?

Honestly, what was the name of the place? I drive that route sometimes and would totally stop. Tbh, the best roadside coffee I ever had was at a truck stop in Oregon, they had single-origin beans and everything. It's crazy what you can find.

Totally get what you mean about finding amazing coffee in random spots. That Oregon truck stop sounds incredible, honestly. It's those unexpected finds that make a long drive so much better. The place I was talking about is called Hank's Fuel and Go, right off exit 42. You should absolutely check it out next time.
