Rant: is a $500 burr grinder worth it or did I just burn money?
Dropped $500 on a Niche Zero last month and my pour overs went from muddy to clean overnight. But my buddy swears his $40 hand grinder tastes the same and calls me a sucker. For those who went big on a grinder, did it actually change your cup or did the price tag just change your attitude?
