Poured my first latte art heart after 2 years of blobs, and it happened at a random Tuesday pop-up in Fresno
I've been pouring milk into espresso for about 2 years now and every single time it comes out as a weird onion or a sad blob, so last week I signed up for a tiny pop-up at a bike shop in Fresno just to watch other people do it. The barista there handed me her pitcher mid-rush and told me my milk was way too hot, and when I poured at like 130 degrees instead of scalding, an actual heart shape came out on the first try. Is there some temp rule you all follow that I just never heard about, or did I get lucky once and I'm about to be humbled again tomorrow morning?
