Honestly, my barista friend in Austin said something about cold brew that stuck with me
We were talking about my usual iced coffee order, and she mentioned she steeps her cold brew for 18 hours, not 12, because it cuts the bitterness. Tbh, I tried it and the flavor is way smoother now. How long do you all steep yours for?
