Blew $150 on a burr grinder that can't do espresso fine enough
My Baratza Encore just spits out inconsistent chunks at the finest setting and now I'm stuck using a pressurized basket like some kind of casual, anyone found a sub $200 grinder that actually works for real espresso?

Did you try adjusting the burr alignment or is it just a dud like mine was?

Man, my buddy had the same issue with his. He tweaked the burr alignment for like an hour and it still came out all uneven, so he just gave up and got a refund.
