Walked into a FedEx Office last week and watched them print neon green as muddy brown

They had a big sign bragging about same day printing, but the guy behind the counter just shrugged when I pointed out their preview monitor was showing one thing and the print came out completely different. How are we supposed to trust any quick print shop when they won't even calibrate their own equipment?

Had a similar thing happen at a Kinko's back in 2012 where I asked for a simple black and white flyer and they gave me this weird blue tinted mess. The kid at the counter just said "oh yeah the toner's a little low" and offered to reprint it but it came out the exact same way. Ended up driving to a different shop where the guy actually showed me he was cleaning the print heads while I waited.

Wait, he actually showed you he was cleaning the print heads? Like he let you watch him do it? I've never had a Kinko's employee do anything but shrug at me and hit the reprint button over and over like it was gonna magically fix itself. That level of customer service is basically a unicorn, I don't think I've seen that since like 2005. You should have bought that guy a coffee or something. The one time I asked if they could check the printer a guy just said "the manager handles that" and walked away.
