Spent $180 on a color calibration tool and now I hate all my old prints

I used to just eyeball my monitor and hope for the best, but after getting a SpyderX and running it on my screen, every photo I've printed in the last 2 years looks like garbage next to what I see now. Has anyone else had that moment where fixing one thing just makes you realize how much else you messed up?

Oh man, I feel this so hard. I recalibrated my monitor and realized every photo I edited for the past year has been way too dark and blue.

Oh man I literally had this same panic attack last week. I was looking back at my beach sunset photos and they looked like they were taken during a blue hour that lasted for an entire year. My poor friends all have that weird cyan tint to their skin now and I can't apologize enough. At least we're in good company, right? Nothing says professional photographer like discovering your entire portfolio is secretly a tribute to the color blue. Time to start posting "before recalibration" edits as an ironic art project.
