DAE catch their print vendor running a 4 color job on a 6 color press in Phoenix and wonder why my orange looked muddy?

How does that even happen? Did they think you wouldn't notice the orange looking like a sad pumpkin? Running a 4 color job on a 6 color press is like ordering a pizza and getting half the toppings, just makes no sense. Maybe they were saving the extra two colors for a rainy day in Phoenix, which by the way never comes. I'd be asking for my money back or at least a free reprint on that muddy mess.
