Barista called me out on my espresso color. Changed my whole workflow.
My local coffee shop guy saw my latte art fail and told me my crema was too pale. He said I was overstretching the milk like an RGB screen trying to be CMYK. Has anyone else had a stranger correct their technique and actually learn something?

Honestly @derekwalker, I just started asking people about their coffee order. Works like a charm. Gets them talking and takes the pressure off you.
