My cardboard mockups went from duct tape and cereal boxes to clean folds after I bought a $12 scoring tool
For about 2 years I built every prototype with a utility knife and whatever tape was in the drawer, and the corners always looked rough. Back in March I picked up a simple scoring tool at an art supply shop in Portland, and the difference is night and day. The folds are crisp now, and shapes hold their form when I test them instead of sagging halfway through a fit check. Anyone else find that one cheap tool changed how clean your mockups turn out?
