Dropped $40 on a hot glue gun for cardboard builds and my fingers are still mad at me
I build lots of foam core and cardboard mockups for furniture ideas, and my old $8 glue gun took forever to heat up and dripped everywhere. So I grabbed a $40 high temp one at the craft store in Austin. The thing lays down a bead so fast that my seams look cleaner and my joints hold way better, but I have burned my fingertips like 5 times in 2 days. Worth the money for the speed, but man, the burns are rough. Anyone got a trick for keeping fingers safe while still moving quick on these mockups?
