The year I ditched monthly logs for rapid logging only, now I'm torn
I used to set up a full monthly spread with a calendar grid and task columns every single month, even back in 2019 when I was working out of a van in Austin. This year I switched to just daily rapid logs and a future log for the big stuff, and honestly I love the freedom but I miss seeing the whole month at a glance. Last week I had three appointments on the same day and my daily log caught them fine, but I didn't notice the clash until I was already double booked. The old monthly grid would have shown that overlap the second I wrote it down. Has anyone else gone minimal with their spreads and then hit a scheduling wall because you lost that visual overview? Do you keep a mini monthly index just for dates, or do you trust the daily roll completely?
