Stop using those fancy brush pens for your weekly spread

I wasted 3 months and 40 bucks on expensive brush pens that smeared every single time I closed my journal, then switched to a basic fine tip and my weekly spreads finally look clean, so has anyone else ditched the fancy stuff for something that actually works?
