Lost my habit tracker for 2 weeks and found it in a cookbook
I was freaking out because I missed logging my water intake every day for 14 days straight. Turns out I used my old notebook as a coaster for a spaghetti sauce jar and it got stuck to the fridge with a magnet lol. Has anyone else misplaced their journal in a dumb spot like that?

Honestly, is it really that deep? You missed logging water for two weeks, not like you missed a doctor's appointment for something serious. Just drink some water and move on. I think people overcomplicate these habit trackers sometimes.

Funny you say that @casey_campbell because I used to be the exact same way. I'd start tracking a habit, miss a few days, then just give up completely. Figured if I couldn't be perfect why bother. But reading this actually hit different. You're right, it's not that serious. Missing two weeks of water logging doesn't erase all the times you did drink water. Might just try drinking a glass right now and not stress about the rest.
