Found out my habit tracker saved me 12 hours this month
Was bored at work and actually added up the time I spend doing my daily tracking in my bullet journal. Turns out those 2 minutes a day add up to less than an hour a month and I used to waste way more time trying to remember stuff I already forgot.

Turns out those 2 minutes a day add up to less than an hour a month" - that's exactly what I found when I switched to a simple checklist on my phone. The time saved from not having to retrace my steps is what really makes it worth it.

Yeah that "retracing my steps" thing is huge. I used to waste so much time just standing there trying to remember if I already did something or not. Started using a basic paper checklist I keep on my desk and it changed everything. No more second guessing myself or going back to check stuff I already finished. The two minutes a day thing sounds tiny but when you add up all the mental energy you save it feels way bigger than that. I even started doing it for errands and shopping trips too, just a quick list so I dont have to circle back to the store.
