Found my old first bullet journal from 2017 and wow
I was cleaning out my desk drawer last night and stumbled on my very first bullet journal from 5 years ago. The pages are so messy with scribbled out dates and smeared ink from a cheap pen I used back then. I remember spending hours trying to make every spread perfect but honestly the chaos was kind of charming. These days I keep things way simpler with just a monthly log and a few collections. Has anyone else looked back at their early journals and cringed a little at the setup?

Nah I actually love my old messy journals way more than my clean ones now. All that chaos and scribbling shows I was actually using it instead of just making it pretty for Instagram. The perfect spreads these days feel sterile, like I'm more worried about making it look good than actually tracking my life.
