Am I the only one who wasted $75 on those fancy fineliners?
I fell for that whole 'bullet journaling needs the perfect pen' hype about 6 months ago. Bought a set of 10 Tombow fineliners for $75 on Amazon, thinking they'd make my spreads look amazing. Turns out I barely use them because the ink smudges on my cheap notebook paper. Now they just sit in my drawer while I stick to my old Bic pens. Anyone else regret buying overpriced supplies that don't actually help?

Stop acting like $75 ruined your life. It’s just pens. Use them for doodles or gift them to a kid who’ll actually appreciate them.

Had a friend who bought a fancy pen set once. She tried to doodle with one and the nib snapped off. Ended up just using them as bookmarks until she lost them all one by one.

Wait, so $75 worth of pens is a serious life investment now? Because last I checked, the only thing those pens are good for is making doodles that look like failed attempts at modern art or being handed off to some kid who'll probably snap the tips off in five minutes trying to open the box. Honestly, if $75 ruined anyone's life, they've got way bigger problems than overpriced stationery. Might as well set the money on fire for warmth, at least then you'd get something useful out of it.
