Went from hating dark mode to switching everything over after one night on my wife's laptop
She had her MacBook in dark mode for a coding bootcamp and I borrowed it to check something in Figma - it actually made the layers way easier to parse on a 13 inch screen at 11pm. Has anyone else had their opinion flip after seeing a specific setup in person?

Used to be all about light mode. Thought dark mode was just a trend. But yeah @jade618 nailed it, that late night eye strain thing is real. Borrowed a friend's iPad to watch a movie in bed and the screen wasn't blasting light in my face. Switched everything over the next day.

Tbh yeah I had the same thing happen. I borrowed my roommate's phone for like 5 minutes in dark mode and now I can't go back on any of my stuff. It's just way easier on the eyes when you're scrolling late at night.
