The kiosk at the DMV repeated my name wrong, then locked me out for 15 minutes
Monday in Nashville. I was renewing my plates. Touchscreen kept auto-filling my last name as 'Hendersen'. No way to fix it. Hit submit 3 times. Third time it froze and said 'Too many attempts, see agent'. The agent laughed and said, 'There's a reason I bought a coffee mug that says I speak human'. The worst part? The exit door was labeled 'Push' but you had to pull. Has anyone else gotten trapped by a state system that double-checks everything except spelling?
