That checkout flow on a sneaker site made me rage quit yesterday
I was trying to buy a pair of limited release shoes from a store in Brooklyn, and their checkout had like 7 steps including a captcha that kept failing. The form kept wiping my address every time the page refreshed. I lost the shoes in my cart after 10 minutes of this mess. Has anyone else dealt with a site that just refuses to let you give them money?

Can't stand how complicated simple things have gotten. It's like every company now wants you to jump through hoops just to complete a basic task. I think it's a trend where designers overthink everything trying to make it "smart" but end up making it worse. The captcha thing is especially annoying, sometimes it takes three tries before it finally lets you through. Feels like the whole world is just getting slower and more frustrating with technology instead of easier.

Man the captcha thing drives me crazy too. I had one yesterday where it asked me to pick all the traffic lights and I swear I clicked the right ones but it kept saying I was wrong. Took me four tries before it let me through and by then I was just mad. It's like they think we're robots or something but then they make the test harder than real life. I miss the old days when you just typed in some wavy letters and moved on. Now you gotta prove you're human by doing some weird puzzle that even a human can't get right half the time.
