Showerthought: My bank's app logged me out for security, but then hid the login button
I was trying to deposit a check from my kitchen table last night, and the app forced a logout after 5 minutes idle. The login field was there, but the actual 'Log In' button was below the fold, hidden by my phone's keyboard. I had to close the keyboard to see it, which isn't obvious. Has anyone else's app done this weird hide-the-button thing?

That "hidden button" thing is a perfect example of bad design. It feels like nobody tests these apps on actual phones people use. We just accept these little frustrations as normal now.

Disagree, I find most apps work fine on my phone.

Ugh, that keyboard hiding the button is the worst. My bank's app does the same thing, and I had to tap a random blank space to dismiss the keyboard before I could log in. It's such a basic thing to miss in testing. Maybe @bailey.sandra got lucky with her phone model, but it's a real problem on a lot of older Androids.
