My bank's app hid the 'confirm transfer' button below the fold, cost me a late fee

Last Thursday I tried paying rent through my bank's mobile app and the confirm button was buried under a collapsible menu, so I hit 'review' and thought it went through. Got a $45 late fee notice from my landlord two days later. Has anyone else had a finance app straight-up hide a crucial action like that, and did you switch banks over it?
