My bank app hid the transfer button behind a three tap menu
Ngl, I almost paid rent late last Tuesday because of this. I opened my bank's mobile app to move $450 to my landlord, and the transfer option wasn't on the home screen anymore. After the last update, they moved it into a 'More' menu, then a second submenu called 'Payments.' I spent maybe 6 minutes tapping around, getting that little spinning wheel each time. Meanwhile, my landlord texted me asking if I forgot. When I finally found it, the button was grayed out for 10 seconds while it 'loaded.' I get that apps get crowded, but hiding the most common action behind hidden menus is just bad UX. Has anyone else dealt with a bank app that buries the basics like that? What's a better way to lay out a dashboard?

Six minutes is hardly a crisis. Figure it out and move on.
